Outgrowing spreadsheets should not mean big-agency pricing
Local businesses hit the ceiling of off-the-shelf tools, but enterprise agencies and offshore communication gaps make custom software feel out of reach.

What we build for Florida businesses
Custom business software, SaaS platforms, booking systems, customer portals, mobile apps, Epicor ERP and EDI integrations, and process automation — for service businesses, childcare, construction, transportation, events and manufacturers.
Products as proof
We build and operate our own platforms — Evinra for event operations and TravelorHub for transportation — so you can judge our work as an operating product, not just a portfolio page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with businesses outside Sarasota?
Yes — most work is remote across the US; Sarasota is home base, and clients in Sarasota, Tampa, Naples, Fort Myers or Cape Coral can meet in person.
What kind of local businesses do you serve?
Service businesses, childcare, roofing and construction, transportation, events and manufacturers — anywhere manual operations are the bottleneck.
Why choose a local developer over a marketplace freelancer?
Accountability and continuity: a registered Florida LLC with a public 4.6★ record, real local references, and a team that is still here after launch.
Do you build AI solutions for local businesses?
Yes, for a specific task such as finding answers in approved business information or processing documents with review. We start with the process and the data, and compare AI with simpler rules or integration. See AI business solutions.
Can we meet in person?
Yes — ProDev is based in Sarasota, and in-person meetings work across Sarasota, Tampa, Naples, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Outside that area, everything runs remote in US time zones.
